It's been a while since I've posted, SO SORRY. Things have been kind of crazy around here. Tia Jeanette (Peter's cousin) an Tio Tony (Peter's bother) came into town to visit NICO! It was really nice to have them here.

These are some of the adventures we've been on in the last couple weeks.
Kite Festival in Zilker park. It's a pretty big deal here.
Nico was very excited on his way there:

Once we started getting close to Zilker park...you could see KITES Everywhere!!!
People everywhere too!
I found a kite and got to fly it! It was very exciting...and it threw me back in time through a portal to when I was first learning how to fly a kite, that joy that overwlemed me just to feel my kite tugging at me from the sky and it flew magically. It's incredible the way moments are captured in time and their memories are released with the simplest things...a piece of plastic, some wooden sticks, and a long string.
We celebrated Nico's First St.Patrick's day in Downtown Austin in the midst of a bunch of crazies from all over who came to Austin for SXSW, a huge city-wide music festival.

We played sand Volleyball at NI (Peter's work) and then walked home.
Just this past weekend we went to the RODEO!!! How Texas is that?!?!?!?
And look at our little cowboy!

Nico got to get up close to a little calf!
